Honest pricing
What something costs is shown before anyone pays. RouteClub shows its fees in the app before a booking or a trip, and the fare goes to the driver. We never collect it.
How we work
We wrote these down while building RouteClub, where they decide real things: what a rider sees before paying, who can drive, and what happens to someone's information. They shape our client work the same way.
Principles
What something costs is shown before anyone pays. RouteClub shows its fees in the app before a booking or a trip, and the fare goes to the driver. We never collect it.
Trust is checked, not assumed. On RouteClub, riders and drivers verify their identity before they book or drive, and drivers have their licence and vehicle checked.
We collect what a service needs to work and nothing more. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising, and this website sets no cookies.
People can leave. Anyone can delete their RouteClub account in the app or by email, and their personal details go with it, apart from records the law requires us to keep.
Client projects
Four stages, each ending with something you can see and agree to before the next one starts.
We start with how the work happens today and what has to change. Usually a conversation or two, and a look at what you already have.
You get a written scope: what will be built, what will not, the order it will happen in and what it will cost, before any work starts.
Working software early and often, so you can see progress and change direction while it is still cheap to do so.
We help you go live, document how everything works and stay available afterwards, because the day after launch matters as much as the launch.
